Conference Registration Rates:

Early Bird Rate: $50 (Register by December 16, 2024)
Standard Rate: $80 (Register by January 21, 2025)

Payments are due within 30 days of registering.

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable.

Important Registration Notes

Faculty Advisors: You’ll be responsible for registering yourself, other educators, and your students. Please ensure your students and their families are aware of and understand this process.

Group Registration: If you’re registering more than 9 participants, you’ll need to complete the registration process more than once.

Confirmation & Forms: After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with important follow-up information, including forms that must be submitted by January 21, 2025.

Travel and Financial Assistance

We’re excited to welcome participants from the outer islands and the continent!

Travel Grants: If you're traveling from outside Oʻahu, you may be eligible for a travel grant. Be sure to apply by November 11, 2024.
Registration Financial Assistance: Students who need help covering the registration fee can apply for financial assistance by November 11, 2024.
